馬油は馬を殺し、その油を絞ってつくられます
馬油って馬の皮脂をかき集めてるのではなく、 殺してから絞ってるんだってね・・・。残酷！！
みんな知った上で使ってるのか？それともなんとも思わないのか？
馬脂の原料だけをミンチ機にかけて細かくします。
その後熱を加えて脂を煮絞ります。
さらに時間をかけて不純物を沈殿させ取り除いていきます。
それを精製したものを馬油として製品化しています。
江戸時代からある「仁丹」は、人の肝臓から作られる丸薬だった。
現在の仁丹とは中身はまるっきり異なるが、「じんたん」は江戸時代からあった薬だ。
「正露丸」が明治期には「征露丸」だったように、「仁丹」はもともと江 戸期には「人胆」だった。
江戸の「人胆」は、いまのような和漢生薬などではなく、文字どおり人間の肝臓だ。
人の肝臓が難病の「特効薬」という考え方は、広くアジアじゅうに分布している。
刑死した人間の胴体から肝臓を取り出し、それを陰干ししてから粉末にし、練って丸めたものが江戸期の丸薬「人胆」。
当時は 不治の病といわれた、花柳病(梅毒)や労咳(結核)の特効薬というふれこみで、高価にもかかわらず飛ぶように売れたと伝えられている。
日本橋小伝馬町など で処刑を担当していた山田家の専売特許で、「人胆」の販売と様(ためし)斬りの礼金とで、同家は小大名に匹敵する暮らしをしていた。
ときに、牢役人が人胆を横領して山田家に入ってこないことがあり、同家が幕府に訴え出た“人胆訴状”までが現存している。
時代は移り、明治に入ると「人胆」はやがて消滅したが、「じんたん」＝特効薬という語音のイメージはのちのちまで残っていたとみえ、1905年(明治 38)に懐中薬「仁丹」が発売されている。
もともと、森下仁丹(森下南陽堂)が「毒滅」という梅毒新剤がヒットして成長したのも、どこか「じんたん」つながりを想起させるのだ。
ポストハーベスト
ポストハーベストと言うのは、「収穫後」という意味。収穫後にかけられるのでポストハーベストと いわれる。だが、日本では収穫後に農薬をかけることは禁止されている。作物の育成中にかける農薬も農薬取締法で規制がかけられていて、希釈の濃度も決めら れているので、非常に薄い農薬を何度も散布する手間とコストがかかっている。収穫された作物はサンプリング検査されて、もし残留農薬が見つかったら、共同 出荷している野菜はみな出荷停止とされてしまう。
一方、米国やオーストラリアなどの国々ではこのポストハーベストが許されている。特に、輸出用にはビデオで見るように高濃度で大量に使用される。というのは、小麦、レモン、オレンジ、バナナ、チェリー、ナッツ、ジャガイモ、カボチャなどを船倉に載せて運んでくる途中で虫がわいたりカビが発生したり、あるいは芽を出したりすることを防止するためである。大量の農薬がジャブジャブかけられたり、農薬プールに浸されたり、農薬の粉をまぶされたりする。「薬」ということばにごまかされるのだが、要するにコクゾウを殺す殺虫剤である。その濃度は、作物の育成のときに用いているものの、百倍から数百倍だという。当然、同じ農薬を使っている農作物といっても、農薬の残留量はポストハーベスト作物のほうが多い。
米国と日本のコメの残留農薬許容量はマラチオンのばあい、80倍ちがう。日本では０．１ppmだが、米国ではその80倍の８ppmである。（ppmとはmg/kg)アメリカ人は米国人とはいっても、それほどコメを食べないからよいかもしれないが、毎日コメを食べる日本人にその基準では困る。
現在、政府は、国内産の野菜の残留農薬を厳格に取り締まりながら、海外産のポストハーベストは素通りさせるというダブルスタンダードをとっている。だからお母さんたちは輸入野菜は農薬にまみれているという実態をちゃんと認識して、買い物をする必要がある。とはいえ、経済的理由で輸入作物しか食べさせられないという事情もあるだろう。その場合は残留農薬があるのだということを前提として、食べ方と調理法を工夫して毒消しする必要がある。放射能汚染作物のばあいと似ている。それから、健康を望むならば、なるべく、子どもには外食やコンビニ弁当は避けさたほうがよい。コスト削減でしのぎを削っている外食店やコンビニ弁当屋が、よほど良心的でないかぎりは輸入作物に頼っていることは自明のことであろう。
ＴＰＰが実施されれば、日本に洪水のようにはいってくるであろう安価な輸入農作物の問題のひとつは、ポストハーベストである。現在、日本の法律では使用を禁じられているが、米国・オーストラリアでは合法とされているポストハーベスト作物の輸入はすでに許されているのだが、その値段ががくんと安くなるという現象である。
米国・オーストラリアでは果物でもコメでも小麦でも、収穫後、出荷前、カビや病害虫の発生を抑えるために、畑で使われる農薬の百倍から数百倍の濃度の農薬がシャワーされたり、混入されたりする。筆者は下のビデオを見て、びっくりした。毎日食べるものについては、「健康のため食べ過ぎに注意しましょう。」ということであろう。http://www.natural-coco.jp/life/nogyo/2008/05/post-3.html
ポストハーベストは結局、国民を体調不良にするだろうが、そのとき、頼みの国民皆健康保険制度もＴＰＰで壊されているとしたら、庶民は病院にも行けない。踏んだりけったりだ。ネットでざっと見てみると、11月3日の農業新聞からの引用で、たとえば虫垂炎で、ニューヨークは手術料が２４０万円、入院は１日。日本は３６万円。もうかるのは民間の保険会社。米国では、月間１０万円の保険料を保険会社に支払っているのだそうである。保険料を支払えない人は医療は受けられず、捨て置かれる。これでは、庶民はとうてい生活できない。米国で格差社会に反対するデモが起きるのはあたりまえである。
それにもかかわらず、昨日見た朝日新聞のアンケートではＴＰＰ賛成の人が40パーセント以上いるという。アンケートの回答者は上のような情報を知った上で答えているのだろうか？たいせつな情報を隠した上でアンケートを取るというのは、情報操作にすぎない。

In opposition to the government’s policy – countrywide incineration of the debris – we, citizens of Miki city, Hyôgo prefecture are collecting signatures to express our will to refuse debris from the disaster areas into Hyôgo. We believe that the costs to transport and incinerate the debris at distant facilities around Japan must be used to evacuate the victims. We also believe that we are responsible for protecting the non-contaminated lands from the secondary contamination through the incineration, and for continuing to supply people with safe foods. Our goal is to gather 20,000 signatures by the middle of May, 2012. Thank you for your kind cooperation.
Responding to the request of the Japanese Government to accept and burn the
rubble from Tohoku which is checked for radiation contamination by sampling
inspection, the Osaka prefecture government is inclining to accept the
request.
The fact is that radiation still remains and gets concentrated in the ash
when the contaminated rubble is burnt up. There are about 40 incinerators in
Osaka Prefecture and the radiation may be scattered with the gas out of the
incinerator close to you, and the contaminated ash will be reclaimed in the
Osaka Sea and continues to be radioactive over many years.
To protect our environment for all of us, please sign your name below. We
have to say ‘no’ to Osaka Prefecture Government against accepting the
Tohoku rubble in Osaka.
